What are in your opinions the easiest ways to loose weight?

Hi, so basically I want to loose weight before my cousin’s wedding in June and all the other bridesmaids are stick this I dont want to look like a blue whale compared to them. I am already using a calorie counter which I use daily (can’t everyday I forget.) and I’m drinking loads more water then I use to. My main concern is that I have belly fat and huge thighs which I wanna loose weight off (but I’m not particulary bothered about my thighs tbh) I do, do some kind of physical sport twice a week on a normal week but I have exams now so I haven’t been exercising that much because I am quite lazy tbh.

Thanks for any help and could you recommend that arent that OTT because you see I’m 15 and parents dont want me to loose weight and my mum keeps watching what I eat.

For rapid weight loss, i recommend focusing on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat. All of those foods are high in nutrive values, and so high on calories, the opposite from McDonald foods =)

Some additionnal tips:
-Eat vegetables to help you feel full.
-Drink plenty of water.
-Get tempting foods out of your home.
-Stay busy — you don’t want to eat just because you’re bored.
-Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the ‘fridge.
-Don’t skip meals.

In addition to this, every time you burn 3500 calories, you loose 1 pounds, so do as much exercice as you can. Try to do things you enjoy to make sure you do it a lot.
