Any tips for weight loss? What are some nondrastic, healthy ways to drop a few pounds with a busy schedule?

I’m 5’1″ and 105 pounds. I’d like to be down to 100 pounds…No real time restraints. I haven’t really been feeling healthy lately. Also, I don’t really have the time to be exercising or dieting everyday. I’d appreciate any tips.
