I am 50-year-old man. My body weight is 140 kg.looking for effective and best weight loss tips?

Can someone tell me the effective measures to reduce unwanted fats from the body?

I have also tried certain weight loss tips to reduce body weight. Health expert advised me certain body exercise, which caused more excursion in the body. Since 2005 I have lost just 5 pounds of weight by taking medicines prescribed by doctor. I want to know effective measures to shed undesired pounds of weight from the body especially from thighs and belly.

I have put on a few extra pounds due to the holiday season! I would like to lose about 15 pounds. Here is the problem, I work 10 hour days then come home and cook dinner for my man and clean etc. Basically I do everything around the house because he works 12 hour days. So i have very limited time for exercise and while I try to buy healthy foods, I often have to just grab something quick to microwave etc. How can i lose these extra pounds with out much money?

cutting food and eating less will make you gain weight i have tried many diets they don’t last long because when i get to where i want to they are hard to maintain. If you create better eating and exercise habits it will stay with you. I have been dieting for years and this is the only on where i don’t deprive my self i have energy and i enjoy what i am doing.
Also when you go out with your men go to places where you know you’ll have to be active to enjoy like go dancing or laser tagging or get a wii and have wii time

if you enjoy it it will stay with you and if u miss a day it wont hurt
