Lisa asks…

How many portions should I eat each day?

Hey, I’ve just decided to try loose 5-8kg the good old fashioned way (healthy eating, regular excersise, drinking plenty of water etc).

Could anyone tell me the amount of portions of each food to allow myself each day?

Im 160cm in height (5ft 2) and weigh around 72kg. I also don’t eat much diary due to a slight intollerance.

Any other tips for healthy weight loss would be much appreciated.

Thanks 🙂

Its AMAZING to see more people doing it proper and not falling into the newest fad diet.

Here is a bullet proof portion plan,

Breakfast:
1 serving Protein or a Glass of milk(if u can)
1 serving fruit
1 serving whole grains
1 serving fats & oils OR nuts & seeds

Mid-Morning Snack:
1 glass water
1 serving fruit and a MINI yogurt

Lunch:
1 glass water
2-3 servings vegetables or 1 serving vegetable and a Spinach salad
1 serving whole grains
1 serving fats & oils
1 serving proteins (have to)

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
1 glass water
1 serving fruit
1 serving vegetable

Dinner:
1 glass water
2 servings vegetables or 1 serving of veggies and SALAD
1 serving whole grains
1 serving proteins (have to)
1 servings fats & oils OR nuts & seeds

I hope you know ur average portion sizes. Palm size (flat) or for unmeasurable fruit its ½ c of small ones like for example Blueberries). Nuts and seeds (8-12). Fats and oil( tsp of raw olive oil or sesame oil)

Good Luck,
Hope this helps

P.S. I’m confident this will lead to great results
