what are some good ways to reset my brain after a long study session?

I have 5 papers to write and a creative project to finish by the end of this month. I’m a college senior with a 40+ hour a week job so I need short, easy ways to unwind and get back to the grind. And no, working less is not an option. Helpful tips for coping are welcome.

Make sure to make time to GET AWAY from your studies completely – eat well and healthy, drink water, and exercise. Above all else, do NOT skimp on your sleep! Take 25-min cat naps, and get at least 6 hrs/night. Research has shown that you will retain more information and your brain becomes more sharp and creative when you sleep. You will be more effective, trust me!
