I have 4 weeks in to get fit and healthy any tips?

I’ve noticed that my hair is a bit dull at the minute and my skin is looking very dry and blotchy. I want to go on a 4 week diet which will help me to improve my overall health and fitness. I lead a busy lifestyle and am always craving sugar throughout the day. Could you give me any tips on how I can stick to my healthy eating diet. What sort of fruit and veg or supplement tablets should I take? Any advice will be appreciated.
