Does any one have a tip on a jump start on how to eat healthy?

I have been asking meany question on here but non really seems to answer me question directly. So i have decided that i will try to learn to eat healthy but i don’t know where to start. And, am to young to go and buy my on food and vegetiables. When i till my mother to go to the fruit stand she never goes because shes so busy. And, my dad he’s at work till late. (yes there good parents by the way.) But i feel if i can just get a little jump start that i can try and be sucessful
and also which half of u should know lol am 12 but u can say am 13 my b-days on august 3rd if u must know.

Okay sooo simple, ditch all the junk out of yur house and buy: Chicken breasts, ground turkey meat for turkey burgers, eggs, lean steak, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, baby carrots, Parmesan or feta cheese, olive oil , balasmic vinegar, Whole wheat bread, olive oil, avacados, apples, Mustard, whole wheat tortilla, protein bars, string cheese, cottage cheese, lunch meat (watch for added sugars). These foods deleiver the proper amonts of protein, carbs, and fats.These foods will keep you full and strong. Make salads, omeletes, eggs, tortilla wraps. Eat 4-5 little meals, make lunch the largest. Aways eat breakfast. Avoid white carbs as much as possible and startches and sugars.
