How can i control my anxiety of eating?

I have anxiety to eat food even though i am not hungry. This happens to me all the time. I really want this anxiety to go away. I crave for fast food, junk food, etc. So can someone tell me what would be the best way to reduce this anxiety of eating for no reason. I really want this to stop for the fact that i want to start a diet, control my eating habits, and loose weight.

Fill your day! Create a busy schedule so that you don’t have time to thing about food.. It really works! Also start doing some more exercise and eating healthier.. After a while healthy food tastes just as good! 🙂
