Best and fastest way to tone and lose weight?

So, I weigh 117 and I’m about 5″3
I’m almost 16.
I really want to tone my body up, and lose weight and I’d like some tips on how to do so. Yes, I am aware I need to work out and eat right but what, in example, should I be eating, and what kind of exercises should I be doing , especially for my age? And any other tips and tricks would be helpful, thanks!
Also is there any way to tone the arms but not get them too muscular?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

What are your tips for a beginner to exercise?

I currently jog for thirty minutes a day, but I don’t count that as really working out. I want to incorporate more exercise in my life, but I don’t know how to start. I’m a young woman that doesn’t want to lose weight.

NO EQUIPMENT:
How can I work out with no equipment? I know no routines or anything about working out. The only thing I have to lift is my own body weight.

TOTAL BEGINNER:
I don’t even know what a rep is or any work out routines at all.
I forgot to specify that I’m not a housewife! No Zumba.

Crunches or situps, pushups, lunges, squats, triceps dips. The standing exercises are more effective with weight but you can use bottles of water or large cans of food in place of barbells.
Reps are repetitions. Start at 10-15 each exercise. Rest 30-60 seconds between each exercise. It’s most effective to do another set of two of reps with rest of 2-3 minutes between sets. As you gain strength, increase the number of reps.

Tips on how to get a flat stomach please I really need guidence?

I’m a size 8 (UK) and I’m not chubby at all. However when I eat my stomach bloats and I carry a little excess weight on my stomach. Just wanted some tips on how to get my stomach flat and if exercise tips come up could you please tell me how many I would have to do a day or week? Please I need help.

Not eating at all or eating unlike before only once or twice a day might  cause u weight double ur size so just  workout everyday and u’ll lose weight 🙂

Woman has not to eat less than 1200 calories per day  
Guys need has not to eat less than 1600 calories per day
