Limit your portions, eat on regular intervals and keep a track of what you consume. It helps to reward yourself once in a while though!! But don’t over do it.

Most Hollywood or fad diets are short term and thereby shouldn’t be your long term answer. Deprivation diets may help you shed a few pounds overnight but it also puts your body into a shock state which can lead to further adverse effects down the road. When beginning your endeavor to drop the pounds remember there isn’t a substitution for healthy eating and proper nutrition.

It is important to remember that light products have lower fat but that doesn’t mean they’re lower in bad fat, i.e. saturated fats. Most of the light products are loaded simple sugars in large amounts to make up for their taste.
