if you turn to the side and look forward (look in the direction you are about to turn), you won’t get dizzy. I got dizzy at first, then watched the girls more closely and discovered I was doing it wrong.
I think your hip flexor might be too tight and you need to stretch it after warming up a bit more. Do something like jumping jacks and other simple cardio for 5 minutes and then get into a lunge position just don’t make the knee a 90 degree angle. Just more than slightly bent. Left leg back. Keep that leg straight and right leg bent and lean back into your left leg. Put your arms in front of you, lace them and turn your palms out. Your should feel that area stretch. Hope that made sense!
